Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract until we have spoken and agreed on the work.

Estimates and the Work Itself

The site does not list prices. Cost depends on what we find at your home, the parts needed and any permit or inspection the job requires. The scope, price and timing for a job are settled between you and us directly, before work starts. Those job terms, not this page, govern the work.
